Bobcat Entertainment Brings Campus Life to Students at WVWC

Bobcat Entertainment, the student organization at West Virginia Wesleyan College (WVWC), is redefining campus life this semester with engaging activities and events designed to bring WVWC students together.

Bobcat Entertainment plays a crucial role in organizing a wide range of events. From movie nights to bingo games, and trivia just to name a few,  The organization aims to provide something for everyone. We’re all about creating memorable experiences that help students connect and have fun,” Kenna Whitcomb said. Whitcomb is the faculty advisor of Bobcat Entertainment.

In addition, Bobcat Entertainment is committed to fostering a fun community environment and creativity among its members. The organization invites students to join and contribute ideas for future events, ensuring that everyone’s voice is heard. It’s a collaborative effort, and we’re always looking for new members who are passionate about making a difference on campus,” Whitcomb added.

The organization has also collaborated with local businesses to provide free events to students including bowling, roller skating, and movies at the local movie theater further strengthening ties between the college and the Buckhannon community.

Students have expressed enthusiasm for the upcoming events, Bobcat Entertainment provides on and off-campus events for students during the week as well as the weekends.  For the remainder of the academic year,  Bobcat Entertainment has already lined up an exciting calendar of events. Highlights include Roller skating, the spring carnival, the easter egg hunt, and the Spring Sing.

As the semester progresses, Bobcat Entertainment continues to encourage student involvement and feedback. With a focus on creating an engaging and fun atmosphere, the organization is making a lasting impact on the WVWC community.
