Stone Tower Brews has released their new Autumn menu items. The café, located at 5 East Main Street in Buckhannon, is here to fill your coffee needs with its four new specialty drink releases.

The wait is over! I interviewed barista, Alaska Allen at Stone Tower Brews for more insight on this release. Alaska states that the four drink releases consist of the pumpkin cheesecake latte, the apple butter oatmeal latte, the pumpkin cobbler cold foam americano, and the sweet potato fog. 

The pumpkin cheesecake latte, which was a customer favorite in 2022, is a mixture of pumpkin sauce, pumpkin syrup, and a dash of heavy cream. It is a simple and sweet twist on the classic “pumpkin spice latte” and can be enjoyed both hot or iced. Barista, Alaska Allen states, “The pumpkin cheesecake latte is the most sold drink item at Stone Tower Brews.”

Secondly, another customer favorite from the 2022 Autumn release, is the apple butter oatmeal latte. This latte is a vegan-friendly option for those who still want to enjoy the festivities of the fall season. This latte is made up of a mixture of caramel sauce and apple syrups, blended with cinnamon, and mylk- a non-dairy milk alternative. This drink can be enjoyed hot or iced and is great for those who want something light, nutty, and sweet.

Third, the pumpkin cobbler cold foam americano is an entirely new release at Stone Tower Brews. This drink is an iced americano with pumps of vanilla and brown sugar syrup, topped with a fluffy pumpkin cold foam. This is a great option for those looking for something less sweet, with strong coffee undertones.

Lastly, the newest release- the sweet potato fog! This hot tea latte is made with golden light tea, sweetened with pumpkin sauce, and marshmallow syrup, and topped with steamed milk. This drink is great for the evening time, as it is completely caffeine-free!

In addition to the autumn drink release, be on the lookout for a Stone Tower Brews Halloween! All Stone Tower locations, including Stone Tower Buckhannon, Stone Tower Bridgeport, Stone Tower Morgantown, and The Joe in Fairmont, are collaborating! For the first time ever, all locations will be doing a Harry Potter-themed Halloween! Each location will represent a different house and will share its very own specialty Harry Potter drinks. Each location will be decorated with their corresponding house as well as offer several picture opportunities for customers!
