Endo Solutions is a hemp museum and store that sells CBD, Delta 8, Delta 10, and other hemp-based products. They are located on Main Street in Buckhannon, WV, after previously being located in Tennerton, WV. They find business is a lot more sufficient on Main Street, despite having made that move during a global pandemic. 

Products have a wide range of origin, but Endo Solutions does sell the hemp products of local businesses, such as Moon Flower and Doc Jon’s Private Reserve. Customers seem to like the idea of supporting two local businesses at once. Other products vary in region, some being from California and Florida. 

Recently, Endo Solutions has been remodeling and expanding their museum and range of products. However, an increase in products does not suggest any danger, as they do intense research before selling a specific product. They also encourage their customers to give feedback – good or bad – when buying from them, and have even stopped selling products that have a pattern of causing negative effects. 

Although the restrictions of the pandemic proved to be a hurdle, Endo Solutions has remained financially stable and even formed relationships with what they now consider their “regulars”. They also believe a unique sense of community exists within the store, drawing customers in. Noah Combs, a student of West Virginia Wesleyan College and worker at Endo Solutions, says, “Though the pandemic was certainly not ideal, we found ways to attract customers we would have not exercised otherwise.” 

Endo Solutions has an Instagram Page and a Facebook Page, where they make frequent posts to promote their business. They also stay present in the community, and had a booth at every Festival Friday event over the summer. 

Fortunately, the effort the workers put into Endo Solutions is more than worth it, and proves to be the backbone of the business. Being personable and so receptive of feedback keeps them afloat, especially in such an unpredictable environment. Endo Solutions is a testament to how hard work truly does pay off.
