First, try to write everything down. It actually aids in being helpful when remembering something. Write down what you need to do for a couple days. It can be very hard to remember everything by memory. Write down helpful tips if you’re struggling in a certain class. Don’t be scared to ask for help. There is nothing wrong with asking for help. Asking a professor or even going to tutoring will help.
Second, take really good notes. Notes will always be very effective, but not being at the school makes learning tricky. Take time when taking notes so that they are readable and can be
understood. Taking notes very quickly complicates things because if you ever go back, they might not make any sense or be readable. One more thing to try when it comes to taking notes is try to make sure that they are organized and in order.
Third, do not put things off till the last minute. Doing things at the last minute is very common for a lot of college students because there is so much work that has to be done. The
assignment might not be as good if it is being done at the very last minute.
Fourth, keep on studying. It can become a lot if some studying is done at the last minute. It will be hard to learn everything at the last minute. There are so many other classes that need studying and it can become too much.
Fifth, try to get on a sleep schedule. It is really helpful to be alert and awake for zoom classes. It can be harder to sleep because of college, but sleep is very necessary.
Lastly, do not skip meals. Skipping meals can really have a negative effect. Energy
levels will go down, and you can’t get as much done. This means the body’s energy levels aren’t up and you will not be as motivated to get work done.
